Roberto's crew from Nedshome replaced my gutter on 5/29/26, and within two weeks rainwater leaked into my house and damaged the ceiling above my front door. Water was also running down the siding instead of flowing into the downspout because the crew failed to install the required kick out diverter flashing. I have called the company 6-7 times and emailed 3 times. Although the crew and the manager came out and told me the gutter was fine, they overlooked the missing flashing, and the gutter continues to leak whenever it rain... read more

Find a better company. Services have been completely unprofessional, disorganized, and wasted my time. They continue to send inexperienced crews out and even the manager can't understand how roof access works which is concerning. They do not know what they are doing.
