Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I've been using Ned Steven's for gutter cleaning for a while now. I'm always so incredibly pleased with the service. They always do a great job, and they go above and beyond when cleaning up the leaves. We had a storm a while back and since then, there's been branches and leaves absolutely covering my deck. While they were out today, they cleaned up the leaves off of the deck AND the patio after cleaning out the gutters.
I’ve used Ned’s for a few years now and have always been pleased with their work here in Alexandria, VA. They recently changed the name to Ned’s Home but it seems like the same company and they handle things the same way - which I appreciate. They always text to let you know what crew is arriving and when. Then the crew leaves a hang tag at your door when they’re done - if they noticed anything to bring to your attention they’ll note that so you can follow up - and if you don’t, they send a reminder - they don’t leave it all... read more
Good: The actual service. When (finally) two workers arrived, they work quickly, quietly, and reattached my gutters with no issues. It took less than 30 minutes. Bad: The customer service. I made this appointment on June 5th. The agent told me they would be there between then and July 1st. Although I thought this was a pretty long time frame, it was not a emergency, so I signed the contract (they make you pay in advance). By July 1st, they had not arrived. Ned Stevens, now Ned Home does a great job with gutter cleaning. Not only clean gutters, but cleans up any debris and leaves the area spotless. I am very particular and have used them happily for a number if years. I highly recommend with no reservations. Didi Crowder
Gutter cleaning personnel arrived, well-equipped and knowledgeable about the job. Did a good job and left, having cleaned up the site. Price was reasonable and I’m satisfied. Only improvement would be to provide some kind of arrival time better than “sometime during the day.”
