Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Do not use this service! I had them clean my gutters May 2024 for a one time service, they kept calling me almost every day trying to upsell me. I called back and asked to have myself removed from their marketing calls. This was in 2024. Guess what I just looked at my credit card and see a charge for $396 - for what?!?! I have no idea. I did not sign up for a recurring service. I did not have any service done by this company since 2024. I am disputing this charge. I've been using Ned Steven's for gutter cleaning for a while now. I'm always so incredibly pleased with the service. They always do a great job, and they go above and beyond when cleaning up the leaves. We had a storm a while back and since then, there's been branches and leaves absolutely covering my deck. While they were out today, they cleaned up the leaves off of the deck AND the patio after cleaning out the gutters.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. They are courteous and very thorough in their work and leave our home looking clean and refreshed. They come as scheduled throughout the year, and I don't have to worry about the gutters overflowing and causing drainage problems. Customer service is efficient and helpful as well. I highly recommend this company.
I’ve used Ned’s for a few years now and have always been pleased with their work here in Alexandria, VA. They recently changed the name to Ned’s Home but it seems like the same company and they handle things the same way - which I appreciate. They always text to let you know what crew is arriving and when. This was the first time I took advantage of NED STEVENS house washing service. They came on a rainy day, which I thought was unusual, but the job was amazing! The house is 38 years old, and it looks great! The trimming around the windows, as well as the windows. I think this is definitely a service I will use again. Thank you to my crew of gentlemen!!
