Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Quick/fast service but I wish they replaced the wood before replacing the gutter. I’m concerned about wood rot and I pointed this out to the techs but they said it did not need replacing. Also, they told me they did not have 40ft ladders to work on the other 2 sides of my home. I thought they meant that the company did not work on gutters this high but after contacting customer service they advised that they do. There was definitely a language barrier. The prices are fair compared to other company quotes
Don't, I repeat Don't use this lying, skandolous company. I purchased a 1 year warranty and immediately cancelled, and Z just purchased the one time gutter cleaning and discontinued my business with Ned. Fast forward 4 months later they attempted to send someone to clean my gutter( which to gutter people didn't clean with all my no trespassing sign they immediately left.All this is on my camera) Ned's service attempt to defraud me anyway, however my account information and credit card company also notice the attempted fraud ... read more
Don't use this company! They run away from the problems they cause. They broke our gutter, ripped our screened patio screen, broke an outdoor couch, and more. They have refused to correct the problem. My wife has spent the past 4 weeks trying to resolve. Now I'm going to get involved. I'm not happy!!!!!
I was very pleased with the work done the workers where professional and even showed me photos of the completed job! Excellent job well done!
As an update to the original review several months later. I am now filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I am now getting calls from multiple ned stevens companies including dryer vent cleaning and ned stevens power washing, which I've never used or dealt with. I've blocked all their phone numbers but they keep leaving voicemails, up to 3-4 or more a week. I would not use this company again even if the service was free.
