My project was a total gutter replacement. I was offered up to 20 feet of damaged fascia replacement. Regrettably, the day they came to perform the job, it rain on and off. For that reason the crew had to stop working in order to allow the rain to let up. Ned's Home really does an awesome job. I have the gutters cleaned on a regular basis and I had them power wash my home. My tenants commented how clean it is. I'm impressed as well. Well worth giving them a call. You won't be disappointed. Awesome people for sure! Google them too.

DO NOT USE - I was quoted one price, then immediately offered a lower price if I booked on the spot after mentioning I was getting other quotes. That should have been my first warning. I was told they would come within 10 days and text me beforehand. Instead, they showed up on day 11. The crew was at my house for only about 10 minutes. They used leaf blowers to clear the gutters but left all the debris scattered across my yard and in my newly installed mulch instead of cleaning it up as promised. Do not recommend. I signed up for year maintenance.. They would service my gutters at their convenience, not when gutters needed cleaning. Notification was always minutes before arrival..Downspouts were never checked for proper drainage. Update: Today May 23 2026, 4 months after cancellation, received text to which I could not respond that technician was on the way.Technician was placing ladder on house to clean pristine clean gutters. I used Ned Stevens a couple years ago, only once, and will never use them again solely due to their customer outreach. Immediately after getting my gutters cleaned by them, I was bombarded with calls regarding getting my roof pressure washed for "only $800." I declined as I had to get a new roof anyway. Since then, they have called me off of multiple numbers, sometimes popping up as "Unknown." I've had to block multiple phone numbers due to the amount of times they've called me in the last 2 years.
