UPDATE 2/14/26: I was contacted by a manager from Ned Stevens and they were able to issue me a refund for the service that was completed back in September 2025. They did offer to give me a free cleaning which I did decline because I am back on schedule with my usual company for cleanings. However, I did think it was kind of them to offer. I will note that I still am receiving mailers for the problem they found, which has been fixed by another company. I scheduled a gutter cleaning and made sure to explain during the initial order that my home has gutter guard screens. I was given a reasonable quote, and I was told this would not be an issue. When the two technicians arrived, they stated they needed to contact the home office to approve an extra charge for removing the gutter guards. I explained — just as I had when placing the order — that the guards don’t need to be removed; they flip up easily for cleaning. I like everything about this company. The office was quick to have a human being answer the phone. The person taking the call was very knowledgeable and explained the options. The technicians arrived on time and they were very professional. Not your typical gutter cleaners. They quickly and thoroughly cleaned my roof and gutters. I have chosen the option to have them return four times each year. I highly recommend them. The price was very fair for the quality service.

We contacted Ned's for a gutter repair for which we.were given a quick, fair quote. Aside from having to wait nearly two weeks for them to get to our job, the crew was exceptional in knowledge, professionalism and courtesy, making the wait for them worth it. They completed the work beautifully and left the work site spotless. We are very pleased and would certainly recommend Ned's to everyone.

Do not use them. Worker fell during gutter cleaning and messed up our gutters and broke the bush. We were dumb enough to pay them for their job and believe they would do something to fix the issue. Thankfully we pressed them to give us written report of the event which they gave with a huge resistance.
