Do not recommend. I signed up for year maintenance.. They would service my gutters at their convenience, not when gutters needed cleaning. Notification was always minutes before arrival..Downspouts were never checked for proper drainage.
Once I completed the online request for a quote, I was contacted within 15 minutes. I described my home layout and size, and was given a very reasonable price. Work was scheduled and the crew were at my home within the stated time frame. Thirty minutes later, the job was completed . I had a door hanger describing the job completed. They cleaned up so well I could not tell they had been there. An excellent job. I will definitely use Ned’s Home again !!
Good quality work. Set the appointment for a specific day about 2 weeks in the future. Got an email the day before they were set to come out. Got a text one hour before arrival. Met them. Went over scope and they were off. Got it done quickly(small job).Crew was efficient, experienced, easy to talk to and the gutters look great!
Just randomly chose Ned’s gutter service I was very pleased. Tech Michael and another visited my home and did a very professional service. Once the debris was removed respected my home and cleaned up the overspill. I have hired them for another service to revisit and repair he brought to my attention. Thank you very much as it’s hard to find good people and service!
UPDATE 2/14/26: I was contacted by a manager from Ned Stevens and they were able to issue me a refund for the service that was completed back in September 2025. They did offer to give me a free cleaning which I did decline because I am back on schedule with my usual company for cleanings. However, I did think it was kind of them to offer. I will note that I still am receiving mailers for the problem they found, which has been fixed by another company.
