Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Don't, I repeat Don't use this lying, skandolous company. I purchased a 1 year warranty and immediately cancelled, and Z just purchased the one time gutter cleaning and discontinued my business with Ned. Fast forward 4 months later they attempted to send someone to clean my gutter( which to gutter people didn't clean with all my no trespassing sign they immediately left.All this is on my camera) Ned's service attempt to defraud me anyway, however my account information and credit card company also notice the attempted fraud ... read more
Quick/fast service but I wish they replaced the wood before replacing the gutter. I’m concerned about wood rot and I pointed this out to the techs but they said it did not need replacing. Also, they told me they did not have 40ft ladders to work on the other 2 sides of my home. I thought they meant that the company did not work on gutters this high but after contacting customer service they advised that they do. There was definitely a language barrier. The prices are fair compared to other company quotes
Don't use this company! They run away from the problems they cause. They broke our gutter, ripped our screened patio screen, broke an outdoor couch, and more. They have refused to correct the problem. My wife has spent the past 4 weeks trying to resolve. Now I'm going to get involved. I'm not happy!!!!!

Ned's Home was referred to me by a friend after many no-shows. After I contacted them, they came to clean the gutters and get the pine straw off my roof in less than a week. The debris from the roof was cleaned up, you would never know I just had my gutters cleaned. They put a tag on my door to notify me the job was completed (because it was done while I was at work) and my card was charged after the work was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using their service in the future.
