An overall pleasant experience and I highly recommend Ned Stevens Home Services for gutter installation. Everything went as planned and they did a perfect job installing my new gutters. This is a very well run operation with good people and great attention to detail.
I picked this company from the reviews so I have it a shot... When I called the gentleman in the other end of the phone was very polite and explained everything they will do when they come out. We'll, they came out. Just 2 of them and a hose? One man climbed on my roof and sprayed water all over my roof and washed everything into my gutters!! Not what I was told they would do over the phone. I had told them I just had a new roof put on and also had stone work done on my chimneys. Why did I pay this money for someone to come ... read more
Iv had inclosed gutters ever since I moved into this house 18 years ago and no one was ever able to clean them out until neds guys took them apart and cleaned them out for the first time ever, they had to flush the whole system out and did a great job i will definitely use them again
Hired for my parents who reside in Tennessee. Just wish before and after pictures would be provided as part of the services. We chose gutter cleaning.
