The removal and installation of gutters at my home went so smoothly. I was worried about the timing of the installation because I had the gutters removed and had painters paint the house the next day. After the painters finished, Neds team returned the next day and installed the gutters before the rain came. Working with Minh and Elmer here in Nashville was a pleasure and I highly recommend Neds for removing old and installing new gutters. Great group of guys that came out to do the work.
Worst customer service ever and high pressure salesmanship. I was persuaded to opt for a 4 visit gutter service for over $700. My husband called them 4-5 times to get a date or time. They just said as soon as possible. When asked where they were located their response was “local” after almost 4 weeks, he got a date when they were coming. No email, no updates, no texts they would call when they are on their way. These guys did a terrific job cleaning my gutters. They removed the leaf guards and then were all over the roof with blowers and then hoses to flush the gutters clean. Then they replaced the lead guards and immaculately blew the debris from the yard. Wow, was I impressed. Will definitely have the, back next year.
Ned's came to clean our windows and repair a broken gutter. They let me know when they were coming, and showed up right on time. In two hours, our windows were bright and shiny, and our gutter repaired. Thank you, Ned's! I will definitely use them again!!
Highly recommend. Fair price, explained to me what the process was, were able to complete the gutter replacement the very next day. Cleaned up all debris. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and informative.
