I had a great experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. My gutters were spotless, and they went above and beyond by cleaning up both my front and back yard in addition to the gutters. The workers were friendly, professional, and completed the service quickly. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. My only recommendation would be to call or send a quick text before arriving. We have two dogs, and there are times when our children may be asleep, so advance notice would be very helpful. We had a good experience with the gutter cleaning but on my invoice it said there is an urgent issue that needs immediate attention at my house. I then got a follow up phone call that said there were some issues and I needed to call back and discuss. You would’ve thought the house burnt down. Turns out they just wanted to sell me on pressure washing and dryer vent cleaning. Please guys stop with the scammy sales pitches and just do the job that was requested. I promise you will get more business that way.
I picked this company from the reviews so I have it a shot... When I called the gentleman in the other end of the phone was very polite and explained everything they will do when they come out. We'll, they came out. Just 2 of them and a hose? One man climbed on my roof and sprayed water all over my roof and washed everything into my gutters!! An overall pleasant experience and I highly recommend Ned Stevens Home Services for gutter installation. Everything went as planned and they did a perfect job installing my new gutters. This is a very well run operation with good people and great attention to detail.
We are always pleased with the services we've had with Ned Stevens. We appreciate the advance notices and recommendations, their professionalism and the cleanup that is done when finished. We are on a schedule for gutter cleaning and we schedule other services when needed. They also replaced gutters for us.
