We had gutters cleared in the spring, including several repairs. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Showed up unexpectedly 4 days ago for followup. We didn't have it on the schedule so I related that to the worker. He was polite and left. I called the office to explain the situation. I was told that there would be no charge, and an invoice was sent to me indicating that. I appreciate the response and will gladly use Ned for in the future.

This was my first time using Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and I will certainly be a returning client.They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I had them clean out my dryer vent (which we all know has to be done or it can start a fire within your home); since the time of the cleaning my dryer is back to collecting the correct amount of lint. No back up. Working perfectly. They are due to clean out my gutters within the next month. I would highly recommend Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning.

Updated review from earlier. I received a reply quickly from Ned's concerning price. I was assured my business was appreciated and, as a longtime customer, we reached an agreement and, therefore, based on years of excellent service I decided to, as always, give them a 5 star rating. I have also decided, based on this month's 20% off on roof soft wash (I had it done a few years ago), to schedule this service for April with a small, refundable, deposit.

Great company. Very professional. I don’t need to worry about my gutters anymore- everything is taken care of on time by Ned’s Home. Since I’m very happy with their gutters cleaning service- I just added another service - dryer vent cleaning. Very convenient and would highly recommend.
