I'm new to the area and saw Dr. Naderi for the first time as a follow-up from an emergency room visit. She was great! Very personable, thorough and patient; she listened to me, answered all of my questions, and planned a course of action forward for me regarding my illness. I asked her to take me on as a new patient and be my primary doctor and she accepted. It's so nice to feel comfortable and confident that I will be well cared for.
After our PCP retired (we saw her for 30 years), we had a difficult time getting a new one. The physicians who were recommended to us were not accepting new patients. We started seeing physicians and then they’d leave. Frustrating!! When we started seeing Dr. Naderi, there was great communication both ways. She listens. I was very impressed with Dr. Naderi at my first appointment. She spent time asking me questions about my health history and gave me referrals to see specialists concerning several areas. Her office is easy to get to and very clean and organized. I did not feel rushed at all. She was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed interested in my health. She is associated with Froedert South so that is a plus for me as well. I believe this is a doctor/patient relationship that will be very beneficial to me and will continue.
This was a new patient appointment. As I chose to switch providers. As of my first appointment I was very happy with the results. Dr Naderi was friendly and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and to get to know me a little.
Today I went in for a checkup on a recurring issue that I've had in the past. To my dismay, I get there 7 minutes late, and am then told I have to wait to see if I can see her. 3 phone calls later I am told I can see her, but have to wait. I end up waiting over an hour in the waiting room. Once I arrive in the back, I explain my issue, and was greeted with non chalant attitude over my concern and WAS TOLD I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU.
