The floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, making it feel more like a home than an apartment. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, affordable, and upscale place to live in Meridian, Gramercy Villas is hard to beat. Highly recommend!
I have lived @ Gramercy Villas for 2 years. Not only is my home furnished nicely with granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances. I have loved the fact that they take care of the grounds and really strive to make their residents happy. Any time I needed attention to something in my home...which was rare, Sue the property manager is right on it and its taken care of. She really cares about the residents. If you are looking for a new home and a place to be PROUD of check out Gramercy Villas.
