its good to know that a customer service rep and myself needed help with my account and the supervisor Lisa was not willing to help. not only did she not return my call after I left a voicemail for her she also did not return my call after the associate sent her a message to call me also. Good to know when people need help with their accounts she picks and choose whom she wants to help. I see why people like banks better instead of credit unions. Great experience obtaining an auto loan with Ashlee. She was prompt, attentive to detail and very personable to work with. She got our loan closed quickly so we could get the vehicle we wanted before it was no longer available. I would definitely do business here again.

Credit union is really horrible in holding your funds. Everytime I deposit a check they have to hold it for 5-7 days. The customer service in both Manchester location and Ellisville when you asked them for help they don’t know and very short. I would never recommend this bank at all. Customer service suck all the time. Go to a regular banking it’s much better option and treat you better.
People do not have to utilize this credit Union. I came thorough the line the lady working from home had a scarf on her head and a rude disposition- cut me off. It sucks that COVID killed customer service and some places are ok w that. When I work from home I at least dress from the neck up - sheesh.
