If I could give 10 stars I would. They were so helpful and attentive. I’m 20 and this was my first er trip and they made me feel taken care of and even had me laughing. I thought I’d be there forever but I was in and out in a couple of hours. This is a great place to go when you need to they are so respectful and just genuinely good people.

Had a great experience. Brenda was sweet and made me feel comfortable. They are fast and friendly and got down to the point. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS. Which was the best part.

On 8/6/25 my step daughters friend had a elergic reaction to something that is still unclear but wasn't feeling well and the symptoms were getting worse. We arrived at the neighbors clinic in Porter Texas and the receptionist/ nurses main concern was a insurance card. Wish I could give no stars. I’m so disappointed in the way that I was treated here last night. 1/5/22. I came in with a very sore swollen throat and was exhausted and needed help. Doctor came in with his little flashlight and stood like 2 feet away telling me everything looks “normal”, failing to use a tongue depressor or anything. A nurse who was the kindest person I encountered there handed me a clipboard quoting me 500$ for 2 test which I had to pay before services could be administered.
