I love banking with NFCU! It's convenient, easy, and the service is awesome! I like how the representative always mention additional products such as CDs with certain percentage rates if I'm interested. I was very impressed when I had an issue last year, someone personally called me and resolved my problem. She even gave me her name and number just in case I ever have an issue in the future. Great service!
