Not thrilled. Been with neighbors for a couple years now. When I first opened my account it was great. The fraud department could be reached 24/7. Honestly it wasn't needed. They caught everything! Fast forward to now. Bought a movie through walmart. From the local store for delivery. Within 3 minutes my account was slammed repeatedly for hundreds over and over. Not one word from neighbors. If I hadn't gone into my bank account to double check that one of my canceled orders did in fact cancel I would have never known. But u... read more
I came in to inquire about certificate of deposits. I was very pleased with the young lady who assisted me. She was kind and extremely knowledgeable regarding what I was there for. I think she should get a raise and be commended for a job well done.
