I love my NFCU bank!! Member service representatives are friendly and have great knowledge on products. Whether I go in person or call on the phone I always get my issues handled immediately!
When I tried to set up an appointment with a Customer Representative online, I could not complete the transaction. I was able to get as far as selecting the branch where I wanted to go, and the online version would not allow me to go any further. I ended up calling via phone. A live representative, who was professional and proficient assisted me with securing a desirable time.
Somehow a loan/credit company named Upgrade opened an account for me with Neighbors for $5 several years ago. I have gotten a statement for years and have told Neighbors I never authorized this account and do not want it. Recently i got a letter from neighbors stating it would charge me $10 a month for my dormant account. I called Neighbors and asked the rep to cancel my account. Not the most equitable place to bank with for poor communities. More palpable to rich conservative groups. Humble beginnings but money changed them and their integrity.
Extremely easy to set up my CD. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very nice customer service.
