When I opened my account Ms. Shelia @ the Howell Branch was wonderful!!! Been with Nfcu 3 years now..only change I see that needs adjusting is the online banking. I shouldn’t need two apps to unlock/lock my card. The Card management app is not a good app. I’ve had a secure connection and wifi before and it still will not open.
I went to open a business account and Mr. Dillon was very exceptional! He took his time to open this account and really informed me on a lot of information. He’s amazing! Would recommend him to everyone .
I just LOVE my neighbors @ Neighbors FCU! I have done business with them since they opened, and have had great service all these years. I use them for ALL of my banking needs in person, by phone, online, and at the ATM. All are fast and easy! In person is best when I have the time or need, because they are so friendly, and act like real neighbors should! It is my pleasure to give them a 5 star review!!!
