Loans on used vehicles is too high 8.79%, even with excellent credit rating and they wouldn't go down. So after wasting my money too much interest payments, I found another lender at 6.25% and dropped my payment by $78 per month which equals $3120 cheaper for the loan! That's a big difference!
I love my NFCU bank!! Member service representatives are friendly and have great knowledge on products. Whether I go in person or call on the phone I always get my issues handled immediately!
When I tried to set up an appointment with a Customer Representative online, I could not complete the transaction. I was able to get as far as selecting the branch where I wanted to go, and the online version would not allow me to go any further. I ended up calling via phone. A live representative, who was professional and proficient assisted me with securing a desirable time.

Somehow a loan/credit company named Upgrade opened an account for me with Neighbors for $5 several years ago. I have gotten a statement for years and have told Neighbors I never authorized this account and do not want it. Recently i got a letter from neighbors stating it would charge me $10 a month for my dormant account. I called Neighbors and asked the rep to cancel my account.
