This bank is a joke. The last time I go to withdraw money, the atm wants to reboot mid transaction and it takes me a week and a half to get my money. I try to deposit $1500 and it rejects the deposit.
Tareale Jackson is an awesome employee. She goes above and beyond to assist the customer. She makes you feel appreciated and respected.
I recently opened an account at the Port Allen branch and the young lady that helped me was very friendly but, the teller next to her I overheard her talking to a young man trying to open an account and she was being pretty rude. The place is so small that you can hear personal business being discussed. I don't know if he eventually got to open his account or not but, I felt really bad at the way he was being handled. I have social anxiety and hadn't had a bank account due to the fear of walking into a brick and mortar institution. That was not a problem with Neighbors, even after a mishap caused me to have to return I was treated with the utmost respect by the clerks. I'd recommend Neighbors to anyone.
I am a co-op customer and the people at this location are so nice and friendly. On Saturday when I use the drive through ATM the customer service is so helpful. They walk you through every step. Job well done to all of you. Thanks
