Tiffanie Davis was awesome at the Neighbors branch in Central, Louisiana. She worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the branch was extremely kind.
For a credit union that has made major changes to their branches to switch to a more self-serve, electronic/digital institution and a credit union that I have been a member for 25 years, I am highly disappointed in the lack of service I received from Ms. Trisha at the central branch.
