The Central Branch Manager @ Neighbors answered all of my questions about CD’s and took care of my needs very promptly.
I had a pleasure of working with Mrs. Janaria! She was absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with. She was patient, friendly, and professional. She left no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend requesting her at the Central location!

Cynthia was so sweet and helpful! I went in to get a new debit card printed, the machine was acting up but she was able to trouble shoot and after a short wait I got a new card! She remained calm and respectful even with other members coming in being inpatient she explained to them someone would be with them as soon as they could in a beautiful tone despite their attitudes, hats off to her great customer service and community if you are reading this please be nicer to these workers!!
Recently I needed help with my account. The representative who helped me did an excellent job. She was very friendly and an expert at her knowledge and skills. She helped relieve a lot of stress that I was experiencing.
