Cynthia was so sweet and helpful! I went in to get a new debit card printed, the machine was acting up but she was able to trouble shoot and after a short wait I got a new card! She remained calm and respectful even with other members coming in being inpatient she explained to them someone would be with them as soon as they could in a beautiful tone despite their attitudes, hats off to her great customer service and community if you are reading this please be nicer to these workers!!
Recently I needed help with my account. The representative who helped me did an excellent job. She was very friendly and an expert at her knowledge and skills. She helped relieve a lot of stress that I was experiencing.
My experience was truly horrible due to dishonesty and manipulation to receive advances in the long run I have never experienced a situation to this magnitude credit score is over 7:30 no Flags or anything on credit report but a charge off with that bank pays and charge off and still refuse to do business with me even though I check all boxes the worst experience I could ever imagine dealing with a supposed to be Credit Union so just know if you are eligible for anything due to human error and decision making still a strong ... read more
