Cynthia was so sweet and helpful! I went in to get a new debit card printed, the machine was acting up but she was able to trouble shoot and after a short wait I got a new card! She remained calm and respectful even with other members coming in being inpatient she explained to them someone would be with them as soon as they could in a beautiful tone despite their attitudes, hats off to her great customer service and community if you are reading this please be nicer to these workers!!
