NFCU is an excellent bank! Their care and concern for their customers is top level. It showed the minute I walked in and was greeted. The young lady that helped me was outstanding. She made me feel like family, not just another customer. They have great products and are so helpful when you need to navigate a loan, open a checking account or just have a question. I highly recommend Neighbors FCU for all your banking needs!

The staff is outstanding at the branch in Denham Springs. From the Branch manager Ms. Paula and the assistant manager Ty, and the staff members are all outstanding employees. They give major respect to all who visits that branch I have witnessed this personally.

The reason for this review is once I submitted my info online to their website, I guess the second they ran my credit, I started getting blasted with phone calls. It’s been going on 4 days now. They said I can go to this site to opt out however it still has not made a dent. It’s all day long at all hours. They or whichever company runs people’s credit is selling your info.
