The Assistant Manager, Ty was courteous and professional. He patiently led us through the process as we set up our new account. We look forward to doing business at Neighbors Federal Credit Union.
The staff is outstanding at the branch in Denham Springs. From the Branch manager Ms. Paula and the assistant manager Ty, and the staff members are all outstanding employees. They give major respect to all who visits that branch I have witnessed this personally.

The reason for this review is once I submitted my info online to their website, I guess the second they ran my credit, I started getting blasted with phone calls. It’s been going on 4 days now. They said I can go to this site to opt out however it still has not made a dent. It’s all day long at all hours. They or whichever company runs people’s credit is selling your info. They say it’s not them, but I haven’t applied for a loan in 5 years. So it’s a bit of a coincidence that immediately after entering my info on their site... read more
