My daughter and I went into the Howell branch. We had a very friendly receptionist Idelia Corley who greeted us and opened the front door. She showed exemplary customer service and professionalism. Job well done Idelia continue all that you do.
Thank you Neighbors FCU, even though we are going through some economic hardships and I don’t have much money in their bank I was treated like I had a million dollars in there. Miss Chelsea at the Prarieville branch is helping us through some tough things right now with professionalism and understanding.
