Thank you Neighbors FCU, even though we are going through some economic hardships and I don’t have much money in their bank I was treated like I had a million dollars in there. Miss Chelsea at the Prarieville branch is helping us through some tough things right now with professionalism and understanding. My daughter and I went into the Howell branch. We had a very friendly receptionist Idelia Corley who greeted us and opened the front door. She showed exemplary customer service and professionalism. Job well done Idelia continue all that you do.

My service was excellent with Miss Idella Corley. Miss Idella answered every question I had thought of to ask about my debit card. She is a wonderful person and easy to speak with when you need a problem solved.
I went to the Howell Branch to open an account. The wait was t long at all I was called in the office by Ms Sheila where she proceed to open my accounts. The conversations we share was great as she open my accounts. Ms Sheila was very professional and explained everything to with details examples.
