My daughter and I went into the Howell branch. We had a very friendly receptionist Idelia Corley who greeted us and opened the front door. She showed exemplary customer service and professionalism. Job well done Idelia continue all that you do.
I went to the Howell Branch to open an account. The wait was t long at all I was called in the office by Ms Sheila where she proceed to open my accounts. The conversations we share was great as she open my accounts. Ms Sheila was very professional and explained everything to with details examples.
