Perhaps the heads-up from the nurse, that I am a parent who prefers to avoid oral antibiotics/prescriptions (whenever possible), influenced Mr. Nipper's unproffessional mannerism. I never was made to feel like I knew nothing about how I was feeling. Followed up with me for 4 days, just a quick phone call but it meant alot.
