The design team at Nelsons is knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I brought in a picture that was part of a set I could not find. They went above and beyond, contacting the original retailer and searching for the rest of the set. While we couldn’t find the picture I wanted, they found a great replacement. Highly recommend this amazing team!

My original review was several months ago and I wanted to up my rating from 2 to 3 stars. I have since returned to the store and I received attentive service. Nelson's Designs has some lovely items. It just wouldn't be fair if I didn't give them a second chance.
