I’ve been a long time customer. I always have been treated fairly and professionally. I’ve never run out of gas. As they are always checking to make sure the tank has the right amount of gas. Albert is great , very knowledgeable and professional.
Our propane tank has cellular gauge and they always make sure that we have the propane that we need. Once they determine we need more propane they fill it, then the bill comes automatically, it could not be any more easier. We had to have our regulator repaired and they were prompt to come out and make the repair. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable and were able to get everything repaired very quickly. Nelson is a great company to do business with.
I bought a new stove that needed to be converted to propane. The young men were so professional changing all the parts and then adjusting all the burners so the flames were perfect! Having a very high flame and a very low flames makes for optimal cooking. Thank you Nelson!
They come out and check tank to make sure i have plenty propane. Making it easier I recieve my bill through email and pay it online. Great service
