Been a loyalcustomer of Nelson Propane since 2009 and have never had anything but good experiences with them. Their staff is always friendly and informative if you have questions, and this pastrefill was the first that I was unable to pay in ful as there were unexpected bills that month and they were very gratious to offer options to make payments. Installer showed up on time and got the tank set up and installed in no time. He got the range setup and everything ready for us to use our new kitchen. Thanks for the prompt service and we will definitely spread the word.

Great to work with. Shower up on time and called ahead. Tried to make everything smooth for the crew before they got to my house. They easily were able to move my tank and run the new lines. They worked with the trench I made for them before hand . Verified things worked as intended before leaving. Very pleasant

Delivery of propane was great service. Quick and efficient. Phone service, when requesting a tank fill up and asking questions about billing, was just as good.
