Have used Nelson Propane since 2015. Been on a montered system. They always keep my tank filled They maintain my tank. Driver's are very courteous and friendly.
They did great work delivering our new tank and making sure it was set up properly. With propane and labor they even managed to come in under the estimate. The process was easy and the was very polite and courteous, even with me only being able to work with them over the phone, while at work
Excellent experience with Nelson Propane! Easy install of new 500 gal. tank. The staff is quite knowledgeable and pleasant. Having the peace of mind with the auto fill is a real relief, it didn't cost anything to be on automatic refill. They can view the tank level remotely and take care of it for me and I actually get a discount...win win!
Nelson Propane was very responsive and professional from the start of getting information and receiving a quote to the final installation. They kept us up to date on the delivery date and installation was performed very well.
