I've been getting Nelson Propane since Casey Propane was purchased by Nelson. A level detector was added to my tank making it possible to monitor my fuel level without visiting. The delivery tech shows up when the tank is below 35% so I have an Uninterrupted supply year around. A polite, dependable service.
We always get a quick response when needed and friendly service. Our power tends to go out quite a bit. We are so thankful for our generator and the timeless service we get from Nelson when the fuel gets low.
Great experience. Young man who set up was very professional and knowledgeable. If we just could’ve figured out, there was a shut off in the attic. It would’ve gone much more quickly.
Very nice people to talk with. I have asked them many questions and they are patient and will answer in a polite manner. They have made deliveries and site evaluations for me and always helpful.
