Opened an online order for a propane refill and they promptly responded. The tech was professional and courteous and handled everything for me. Will defiantly be using them again.
Nelson propane takes good care of us. We have been customers since 2013 and they are second to none. When we got iced in, they drove through icy street to take care of lighting all our pilot lights. And check our equipment. Fantastic customer service! Never need to call to have our tank filled, they are on it!!!
Their service is awesome! At first I was told they might not be able to add propane for us, but they came out right before the bad weather a few weeks ago. The device guy was quick and polite. I would recommend them to anyone that has propane needs!
