We always get a quick response when needed and friendly service. Our power tends to go out quite a bit. We are so thankful for our generator and the timeless service we get from Nelson when the fuel gets low.
Great experience. Young man who set up was very professional and knowledgeable. If we just could’ve figured out, there was a shut off in the attic. It would’ve gone much more quickly.
