I called 1 afternoon. Was told it could be 3 days before I got service. The next morning at 8 am they were at my front door! Very nice and professional!
The entire experience has been very good. They have told me the cheapest routes to follow in order to continue to supply my Homestead with Propane. They’re always quick to answer and fast to respond to my needs. I’ve dealt with other others, but NPG seem better!
Nelson Propone installed a propane tank for my RV, monitor it, and refill it when necessary. And the service guy has told me they will never let me run out! With this arctic storm bearing down on us that is a great comfort!
