We had just purchased the home and were on a TIGHT timeline to return back to Cali but needed to refill the propane tank for my contractor to have hot water during the remodel while I was out of state. Nelson.. saved the 4th of July! Evening before we ran empty of our propane. Our provider did not have an after hours number. So we took a chance and called Nelson because they held our Ranch account and in no time they sent someone out will and they put a monitor on it so we’re now onna monitor system so this won’t EVER happen again!!! Thank you Nelson for being there.
Been using Nelson propane for years. They have always been reliable and the drivers I've had have always been real good. They always watched out for my sewer system that is near my tank . Thanks Rick C.
