Have never had a bad experience with them. Delivery driver checked my pressure and found I had a leak which turned out to be inside home. Very grateful for that

Communication was excellent. Customer Service was excellent. Setup and delivery crew were superior. Product cost and price extremely high, but not the fault of Nelson.
