I live in an RV Nelson set me up a tank for my propane it has been the best decision I have made. Ii don't have to change bottles,or worry about running out especially in the middle of the night. They put a monitor on the tank so they get reading in their office and know when to fill the tank. Also has saved me money. The staff was extremely helpful getting this set up for me. They are very polite and patient and answered my questions. Also set up a payment plan for me. As I said one of the best decisions I have ever made.
When you were good, you were great! But that great customer service hasn't been available for months and months now. You had our business to lose and you 1000% did just that. Multiple requests for tank refills were met with silence or unkept promises. You tried your best to leave us in the lurch during the recent cold snap. Joke's on you. We found another provider who understands customer service. Not only that, but we're doing our best to lead all of our neighbors to our new propane provider as well.
Praise the Lord. I have automatic refill. It saves me worry and concern when I forget to check the tank. (Many years ago, I experienced running out.). Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
The Nelson Propane guy who brought us a 250 gal. tank for our new house earned his pay for the day. It was no easy task getting to the propane connection under our house, but the Nelson Propane guy (and my husband 😉) had to figure out where the connection should be to create an access door in the right place because the company that did the skirting on our house didn't leave an access point. Nelson propane is absolutely 💯 awesome, from office personnel to our delivery driver. Extremely awesome people who I would recommend to anyone for their propane needs 😀
