My mother is 75 years old and she ran out of propane this weekend because their gage is broke on her tank and they told her it would be 200 dollars extra for them to come out to fill her tank. She has had no heat or hot water since Friday. She has been a loyal customer for several years. It is truly sad the compassion they dont have for their customers.

I'm happy and impressed with Nelson Propane. Tommy made an appointment for a site check, explained how it would be best laid out and scheduled the install. The crew showed up for the install on time and did a great job. The office staff is professional and helpful. I recommend them.
