These guys are great! Very responsive. Honest about scheduling and show up on time. The techs that install and service the propane are friendly and efficient. They have a real human that answers the phone and helps customers. An all around enjoyable experience. Glad to have found you.

Great service, very professional employees, Timothy explained the different options for a service call. They very reliable especially in an emergency situation. On 2 occasions they made service calls on the same day I requested them. I recommend Nelson for all propane services.

My mother is 75 years old and she ran out of propane this weekend because their gage is broke on her tank and they told her it would be 200 dollars extra for them to come out to fill her tank. She has had no heat or hot water since Friday. She has been a loyal customer for several years. It is truly sad the compassion they dont have for their customers.
