Great service. Tank was installed on a Saturday, tank was filled the following day (Sunday) and remote meter was installed about a week later. They had to wait for another shipping of those. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company.
Wonderful. We had a propane tank on the property moved closer to our home and hooked up to a stove. Everyone was very competent, polite, and efficient. I recommend Nelson propane to everyone. We've always had great service in the past, and it continues in our new home!! Thank you, Nelson Propane!
During a recent cold spell, i had ignored my propane - assuming my tank was 'ok', but that turned out to be another 'old age' incident! The weather was still cold when i noted my loss of heating! But i called Nelson Propane and 20 minutes later, Tom was out here and i was 'back online'! Some of the best folks i've ever dealt with!
Everyone at Nelson are amazing. From the lady at the counter to the setup and delivery men. They are always going out of their way for customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
