Nelson propane has been just wonderful to work with. I had some issues with scheduling (my part not Nelson) however Anna and Phillip worked with me to find the best time for both of us. Then when they installed our tank it was the quickest, cleanest installation I've ever experienced. I can't say enough great things about Nelson Propane and if I could I'd give them 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well there's always a way to get things done if you want it enough. This company is great! Prompt response on the phone, Carol was so helpful and kind at the office, Tony - who came out to prep the tank and fill it - was wonderful to work with, making sure everything was working properly and leak checking the tank.

Great service. Tank was installed on a Saturday, tank was filled the following day (Sunday) and remote meter was installed about a week later. They had to wait for another shipping of those. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company.
