Ordered it Monday, shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and had it by Wednesday. Thanks for the great service! Since I’m on the west coast, it was nice to order from Neon Supply since they are in Las Vegas. Most of my orders come from back east and it usually takes a week from when I order it till I get it using ground shipping. So if you are on the west coast, I highly recommend going to Neon Productions first to see if they have what you need.

My ampeg bass amp head stopped working after playing it for 15 years. I looked on YouTube for troubleshooting videos but nothing seemed to work, as I had no idea what I was looking at/for. I searched all over town for someone to fix my svt. After getting names from friends of friends and going down the endless rabbit hole, I came across Neon Production Supply. I made my repair number online, brought it in, and got it back in about two weeks. Sounds great! Very pleased with the work done. Thank you for fixing it!
