Amy and Brittni have been super helpful and accommodating for us whilst moving in. They are both very thorough and organized, frequently checking to see if things are going well or if there’s any issues in the community. Problems are resolved fast and the maintenance guy also is very responsive and thorough. We’ve enjoyed our time here a lot and plan to stay for a while.
Love living here and Amy is amazing! What a breath of fresh air for our community! Maintenance is always on top of everything I have asked the same day. Definitely recommend.
The new owners/ property management team Michael’s has not yet dealt with the mice infestation at 4927 I’ve lived here for a whole year and 3 months and never had problems with mice and the neighbors in the building have complained about the mice and nothing has been done let alone there are children who live here and people with sickness this is so unsanitary and not a fit place to live it’s been three weeks and no one has came to exterminate nor deal with the issue when britti and Amy were here we never had this issue ti... read more

UPDATE: STILL NO DEPOSIT! CALL NUMEROUS TIME AND NOTHING. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I never write reviews but this NEEDS to be seen and be confronted. I moved OUT on August 31st. AUGUST 31, 2023! It is NOW November 26th. Tell me why I haven’t received my deposit?! I did a walk through they said my space was spotless and I’ll be receiving my full deposit.
