Amy and Brittni have been super helpful and accommodating for us whilst moving in. They are both very thorough and organized, frequently checking to see if things are going well or if there’s any issues in the community. Problems are resolved fast and the maintenance guy also is very responsive and thorough. We’ve enjoyed our time here a lot and plan to stay for a while.
My experience with Brittni has exceeded far beyond my expectations of any management I’ve encountered. She is kind, patient, and skilled in organizing and managing the complexities of rentals and their tenants. All of my encounters with Brittni has been reassuring that I am receiving the greatest care in my contractual stay within the rental. Love living here and Amy is amazing! What a breath of fresh air for our community! Maintenance is always on top of everything I have asked the same day. Definitely recommend.
If I could give 0 stars I would Unresponsive staff that's constantly changing and trying to pull unlawful acts like withholding a security deposit without notice. It took me 6 months and multiple threats from a lawyer to get my security deposit back when I had initlly been told I would get it back in full. They messed up rent multiple times by putting my check on a different apartment then tried to come after me for late fees. UPDATE: STILL NO DEPOSIT! CALL NUMEROUS TIME AND NOTHING. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I never write reviews but this NEEDS to be seen and be confronted. I moved OUT on August 31st. AUGUST 31, 2023! It is NOW November 26th. Tell me why I haven’t received my deposit?! I did a walk through they said my space was spotless and I’ll be receiving my full deposit.
