This is my second time going, and I chose this location because my first time I went only because this was the location that had an opening for my time slot. There is one in the height of closest to me, but I choose to go here because the customer service And the knowledgeable Staff. The entire staff at the Spring Branch was great today! I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. My veins are not cooperative, but the nurse took his time and used an appropriate needle size in order to not cause me any discomfort. The massage chair was exactly what I needed after a tough 6 days of work. Thanks to Jairo, Stephanie, Erik, and Christopher for a great session!
I have been wanting to do an IV Therapy for a while now and on Mother's Day weekend I decided to try it because I've been very dehydrated, so I decided to walk into this place, I knew about it because I saw it as this place was being constructed and I looked into pricing. I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care! Love the modern atmosphere. Everything was quick, seamless, and stress-free. I was seen promptly, and the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. The care I received was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how efficient the entire process was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care without the long wait especially during flu season.
I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Jairo, the Patient Coordinator has positive attitude, check-in and payment is fast and easy. The LMRT/MA Stephanie, is so knowledgeable, takes the time to answer all my questions, makes me feel comfortable and encouraging. Christina is always friendly.
