Everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. From the reception, assistant and NP. The inside was incredibly clean and comfortable. I was in and out in just under 30 mins. My prescription had been sent to me and my selected pharmacy before I got home. I only live a few blocks away! Highly recommend if you ever have the need to use an emergency care facility.
5 stars all around! I went to NeuMed because I was feeling extremely dehydrated and nauseous, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. Haley at the front desk immediately greeted me and took the time to explain the different IV therapy options, helping me choose the one that best fit what I was experiencing. The experience was amazing. Fatima was amazing at the front desk made everything seem easy. Brandon is awesome love him. We’ll always come back just to see him and Madi was amazing She really listened and have a welcoming smile
Medicare and UHC advantage plan were in network. I have been concerned about some of these urgent care place, but this was was GREAT. Needed stitches on my finger very professional. GREAT staff very pleased with their efforts
Just done with my Follow up check up with urinalysis, the place was clean, not crowded which mean they attend to you quickly and overall faster transaction. I would like to say Thanks to this people, Fatima,Bryan and Madie! for making my visit smooth and feel well taken cared of.
