The experience was good. I had good interactions with the nurse and nurse practitioner, they were very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic is moderna and clean. Overall good experience. Opportunity for improvement, I would say the front desk help should always be accommodating and friendly as they are the first thing you see. In this experience, it seemed like the front end assistant hadn't had her cup of coffee just yet. She was professional, but very short and dismissive. Nonetheless, good experience.
Christina the nurse practitioner there at Numed - Spring Branch location is absolutely amazing. As a nurse myself, I'm so grateful she actually listened to my pain complaints and was able to do quick interventions. She's very knowledgeable and has great customer/patient rapport. If I ever have any future issues I will definitely come back. Only thing was the front desk girl wasn't very personable upon check in. My family are long time customers of NeuMed for urgent care, blood work, and infusions. Super convenient and fast. This is only our second visit to this location but service here was so great, may make this our regular spot. We came here today because the Spring Branch location is open later than some of the others and is convenient for after work. Maria was very helpful today and spent extra time to make sure everything was good with our membership. Thanks!
I had an incredible experience at Neumed! The hospitality from Angie, Jairo, and Chris was outstanding. Angie and Jairo were exceptionally informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel well-informed. Chris was gentle and skilled with the needle insertion, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free process. I left feeling absolutely amazing and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Neumed for their top-notch care and welcoming staff!
I really enjoy coming to NeuMed Urgent care, I have been to a one other location and also had a really great experience. I would drive extra just to be seen here. Staff are kind, the doctors listen and are quick. I don't recall ever having a long wait time.
