I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Jairo, the Patient Coordinator has positive attitude, check-in and payment is fast and easy. The LMRT/MA Stephanie, is so knowledgeable, takes the time to answer all my questions, makes me feel comfortable and encouraging. Christina is always friendly.
I have been wanting to do an IV Therapy for a while now and on Mother's Day weekend I decided to try it because I've been very dehydrated, so I decided to walk into this place, I knew about it because I saw it as this place was being constructed and I looked into pricing. I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care! Love the modern atmosphere. Everything was quick, seamless, and stress-free. I was seen promptly, and the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. The care I received was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how efficient the entire process was. I had a fantastic experience at NuMed Urgent Care! Everyone was super amazing and efficient from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff got me checked in quickly and easily, which really helped reduce the stress of the situation. I booked a 7:30 appointment on line and was thrilled to get a later appointment due to my schedule. I got a phone call later stating the last appointment was at 7:15. If this is true then please alter the appointments and on line to resolve confusion. I arrived as early as I could. Was put in a room (rooms are not sound proof I could hear the whole conversation the nurse was having in the next room) although I was urged to come in early and was early, I still didn’t get seen till 7:45 anyways.
