I had an incredible experience at Neumed! The hospitality from Angie, Jairo, and Chris was outstanding. Angie and Jairo were exceptionally informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel well-informed. Chris was gentle and skilled with the needle insertion, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free process. I left feeling absolutely amazing and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Neumed for their top-notch care and welcoming staff!
This is my second time going, and I chose this location because my first time I went only because this was the location that had an opening for my time slot. There is one in the height of closest to me, but I choose to go here because the customer service And the knowledgeable Staff. Really enjoyed my experience at Neumed! Jairo is always welcoming and kind with exceptional customer service skills. Loved being taken care of by Michelle and Stephanie, who made sure I was tended to right away and was comfortable and had everything I needed. Plus the overall clinic is beautiful. Highly recommend for all your IV and urgent care needs! Can’t wait to come back.
The entire staff at the Spring Branch was great today! I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. My veins are not cooperative, but the nurse took his time and used an appropriate needle size in order to not cause me any discomfort. The massage chair was exactly what I needed after a tough 6 days of work. Thanks to Jairo, Stephanie, Erik, and Christopher for a great session!
I have been wanting to do an IV Therapy for a while now and on Mother's Day weekend I decided to try it because I've been very dehydrated, so I decided to walk into this place, I knew about it because I saw it as this place was being constructed and I looked into pricing.
