Omg I went straight from work for my annual and I was already impressed when I first signed up and became a member at the Durham location but I have to admit. The Spring Branch location is Top Tier. From the moment I walked in the front desk receptionist Maria was so kind and very professional and helpful in every way. Christina the nurse practitioner there at Numed - Spring Branch location is absolutely amazing. As a nurse myself, I'm so grateful she actually listened to my pain complaints and was able to do quick interventions. She's very knowledgeable and has great customer/patient rapport. If I ever have any future issues I will definitely come back. Only thing was the front desk girl wasn't very personable upon check in. I had an appointment at 11:30 am, and I waited for 48 minutes without being seen by a provider. What is the point in an appointment if it isn't seeing patients in a timely manner? As a busy professional, I do not have time during the workday to spend hours waiting to be seen. I tried this place because it was close to my office, and I won't be back. Disgraceful waste of my time, & I am not any closer to getting relief from my sickness.
First off the appointment options were a wide variety of times and they were about to get me in within 15 minutes. Upon arrival the clinic staff was super nice, the environment was clean, and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Going through the process of making the appointment, registration, and treatment was quick and smooth sailing. Wouldn't recommend this clinic enough!!
I went today to urgent care for a very bad cold. They were busy but the check in was fast and forms sent via email to quickly fill out. Waited maybe 30 minutes but several people were there before me. Once in the room and very nice nurse came in and got my vitals, asked a ton of questions. Doctor came in later and got me on my way to feeling better. I’m so glad I stopped here and they will by my urgent care clinic from now on.
