I was about 5 minutes late to my appointment and barely had to wait 5 minutes to be seen! The nurses were all very welcoming and nice! The physician who saw me was amazing at listening to my concerns and understanding. I left feeling very satisfied with my visit! Even the women at reception are always nice! Great place to get care :)
I tried to visit today because my ear started bleeding and I work nearby. I walked into a building with all the lights off and the door unlocked... So I walked out and then I noticed the note taped on the window saying closed 12-2:30. I waited in the lot until 2:40 and no one had showed up yet. I even got food at Chipotle and waited in my car, and still no one came. Very disappointed. First and last time. Great service, friendly staff who are very helpful, friendly and carrying. The lady at the front desk was very informative making it easier for me to decide what I wanted and needed. The nurse at the back applying the IVY was extremely helpful with information, and very pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for IVY infusions. The make you feel comfortable and welcomed!
Everyone at the clinic is amazing!! Davis at the front desk, always with a smile and very friendly! LaShonta very professional and friendly as well. I recently visited Nuemed Med Spa for Hormone Replacement Therapy, and overall, my experience was positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Although the back office was a bit slow, I found their service to be competent and attentive. I would recommend Nuemed Med Spa for their professional care and supportive environment.
