I had such a great experience at this urgent care. Marisol at the front desk was so kind and welcoming the moment I walked in, and she made the check-in process incredibly easy. Jonathan, the practitioner, was thorough, patient, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. And LaShonta, the LMRT, was great, professional, and very efficient. The entire team worked together very well and made this visit feel smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this location!
I had an amazing experience at NeuMed Urgent Care near the Galleria. The clinic is beautiful, and the team—Eric, Vanessa, Marisol, and NP Tuyen Nguyen—provided exceptional care from start to finish. Hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever visited! There was no long wait, and Marisol at the front desk was both pleasant and extremely helpful. The nurse practitioner and the support staff were attentive to my concerns and provided excellent care. They never made me feel like just a number, but truly treated me as a patient—and that’s what I appreciated most.
Great service, friendly staff who are very helpful, friendly and carrying. The lady at the front desk was very informative making it easier for me to decide what I wanted and needed. The nurse at the back applying the IVY was extremely helpful with information, and very pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for IVY infusions. The make you feel comfortable and welcomed!
Was in Houston for a work trip and got super sick after a night out. Booked an appointment online and got in super fast. There was honestly no wait for anything. The second I sat down waiting for the NP, he came in, heard me out, and got me started on an IV. They were super helpful and nice. Thank you guys.
