I tried to visit today because my ear started bleeding and I work nearby. I walked into a building with all the lights off and the door unlocked... So I walked out and then I noticed the note taped on the window saying closed 12-2:30. I waited in the lot until 2:40 and no one had showed up yet. I even got food at Chipotle and waited in my car, and still no one came. Very disappointed. First and last time. Great service, friendly staff who are very helpful, friendly and carrying. The lady at the front desk was very informative making it easier for me to decide what I wanted and needed. The nurse at the back applying the IVY was extremely helpful with information, and very pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for IVY infusions. The make you feel comfortable and welcomed!
Came in for concerns with high blood pressure symptoms as recommended by my telehealth doctor who wanted me to be seen in-person and get an EKG. I did a walk in visit and waited only 5-15 min before seeing the provider. From the receptionist, nurses, and provider everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Very easy! Didn’t really know where I was booking initially, (thought it was a different urgent care center) but I am glad I stumbled upon this team. I was in and out in less than 30 min and I was early! I know wait times are sometimes inevitable, it could have just been a lite day, but it was just what I needed. Got my meds and care instructions and went on my way. I’ll be back (only when needed) lol. Thank you!
Such a perfect experience with Alysa Allison and Melissa. Came in for the first time feeling like crap. these ladies got the job done helped me feel alive again with an amazing IV infusion and explained the process top to bottom. From the moment I opened the door I was greeted and very well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies
