I had such a great experience at this urgent care. Marisol at the front desk was so kind and welcoming the moment I walked in, and she made the check-in process incredibly easy. Jonathan, the practitioner, was thorough, patient, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. And LaShonta, the LMRT, was great, professional, and very efficient. The entire team worked together very well and made this visit feel smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this location!
I had an amazing experience at NeuMed Urgent Care near the Galleria. The clinic is beautiful, and the team—Eric, Vanessa, Marisol, and NP Tuyen Nguyen—provided exceptional care from start to finish. Lately I had been feeling super sleepy and exhausted all the time. My friends told me I should get an IV but I put it off for a long time because I am deathly terrified of needles. I finally got the courage to come in for a Neu-Energy IV. The process from start to finish was amazing. Hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever visited! There was no long wait, and Marisol at the front desk was both pleasant and extremely helpful. The nurse practitioner and the support staff were attentive to my concerns and provided excellent care. They never made me feel like just a number, but truly treated me as a patient—and that’s what I appreciated most.
I went to NeuMed for a Personal Injury, Marisol, Jacob and Katelyn had great customer service, as they were attentive and helped our visit there run smoothly. They answered all my questions and took good care of my sister and I.
