Neumed has been an amazing partner this year …our health minded women love Victoria and staff! Tonight we did a holiday pop up there and everyone got full iv drips, b12 shots and other fun services with some holiday cheer. Thank you Neumed!
I have never visited an urgent care facility before so I didn’t know what to expect but the whole staff was so nice and welcoming. I felt very cared for. I made an appointment but there was no one else waiting when I went and they were prompt. Grace at the front desk was so kind, as well as Jacob the tech and Ashley the nurse practitioner. Ashley really took her time with me and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back here.
How often are you impressed with customer service these days? Today they exceeded my expectations at this clinic. Grace greeted me at the front and was exceptional, efficient, friendly, and professional. She explained my options for IV therapy and continued to tend to my every need while I was in the clinic, and even brought me snacks and water. Don't bother, find a more reliable clinic. These guys let me book an appointment online the morning of Christmas Eve and even sent me a text confirming my appointment. When I got there, they were closed. If they can't manage their online booking process, how can you trust them with your health?
