I have been here before and had a great experience. they were able to test & treat my skin rash in one day, after i had developed something after a tattoo session. not the best feeling, but everyone is always so nice and accommodating to any situation or scheduling that you need! very experienced workers!
I visited this healthcare center because I was experiencing a migraine attack, and I was very impressed by the friendly staff and their professional approach. They took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. I truly appreciate their care and attention. 🙏 If you ever need medical care or treatment, I highly recommend this place. The service is excellent, and the price-to-quality ratio is also very good. Definitely worth recommending!
huge shoutout to the team at this location. I’m someone who doesn’t have insurance and the front desk lady, Laura, was super kind and understanding. Knowing that i was on a limited budget and didn’t have insurance, Laura did everything in her power to make sure i received the best care at an affordable price. How often are you impressed with customer service these days? Today they exceeded my expectations at this clinic. Grace greeted me at the front and was exceptional, efficient, friendly, and professional. She explained my options for IV therapy and continued to tend to my every need while I was in the clinic, and even brought me snacks and water. HUGE praise for Dr. Madison & Nurse Christina at Neumed Urgent Care(Washington Ave.)! We brought our 2.5 year old daughter in this morning because she had hurt her hand/arm and was unable to move it all night. Both of them were extremely patient & gentle with our toddler who was having a hard time getting examined.
