How often are you impressed with customer service these days? Today they exceeded my expectations at this clinic. Grace greeted me at the front and was exceptional, efficient, friendly, and professional. She explained my options for IV therapy and continued to tend to my every need while I was in the clinic, and even brought me snacks and water. I had such a great experience at NeuMed Modern Urgent Care + IV Therapy! From the moment I walked in, Grace at the front desk was warm, kind, and welcoming—she immediately made me feel comfortable. Chris was knowledgeable, attentive and kind. He did an amazing job with the IV itself; the process was smooth and virtually painless. Terrell was also very helpful. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team, and I will definitely be coming back!
I went to an event here a couple of weeks ago and had such an amazing experience! The energy was incredible—super fun, lively, and welcoming. This was my first time at a modern urgent care. The waiting area was calming and overall the facility was clean . they have a garage parking & they offer promo for two hours. i liked how upfront they were about the costs, especially since I don’t have health insurance. even when you make an appointment it clearly states how much you are paying and I would say it is pretty reasonable. He booked me an appointment asap same day because I wasn’t feeling well and needed to boost my immunity. He was so kind and helpful!
