Joanne Joanne Joanne…. In my opinion, I believe every location would be lucky to have a Joanne as a loan specialist. Great loan experience all around! Kristen did a great job of explaining the entire process and making sure I knew what to expect and felt comfortable every step of the way. Not to mention how quickly it was handled and now I’m able to do all my loans with just a phone call, not having to go in store helps out with my work hours so much. Great experience

Vanessa was great! I came in on thursday and she was helping me figure things out. I returned Saturday and was helped quickly and efficiently. She was super nice and explains the process easily. She had me in and out in 25 mins tops. Thanks Vanessa!
Edit: I suggested this place to my aunt who is super anti-technology and struggles to do the most basic computer tasks. She went in and the girls walked her through every step of the process, making it even efficient and simple for her. Anyone I know I’m telling to go here! I absolutely love it here! I haven’t came for a loan in many years and reached out to see what my options were and Kristy was so helpful! I won’t go anywhere else
