I can't thank Katia enough for her great work ethic. She reached out to me constantly and patiently waited for me to be able to round up all the information she needed to be able to help me out. She worked with me since I couldn't leave work she did my application by phone and Also waited for me when I was running late even though she was already closing for the day.
