I had an amazing experience at Next Generation Hearing! The entire office is welcoming and professional, but Dr. Durán truly made the visit exceptional. From the moment I met him, he was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Dr. Joseph Duran offers the very best in hearing aid services. I have been seeing him for many years, and the service and assistance I have received from this office have been excellent. Dr. Duran is very kind, and friendly, he makes you feel at ease and confortable in his office, not to mention his entire staff , who are highly professional and courteous. I highly recommend him, he is truly excellent.

The attention given when I walked in was awesome. They address my issue right away fixes my hearing aid and was very inexpensive. I was in and out very quickly. The doctor who didn’t have attend to me came out and shook my hand and said thank you. I highly recommend this place.
