I had an amazing experience at Next Generation Hearing! The entire office is welcoming and professional, but Dr. Durán truly made the visit exceptional. From the moment I met him, he was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. I've had 2 sets of custom silicone ear plugs made here. That says alot that I would go back to have a second set made. Staff is professional and friendly, office and exam rooms are clean and prices are more than fair given the quality of their service and their work.
Dr. Joseph Duran offers the very best in hearing aid services. I have been seeing him for many years, and the service and assistance I have received from this office have been excellent. Dr. Duran is very kind, and friendly, he makes you feel at ease and confortable in his office, not to mention his entire staff , who are highly professional and courteous. I highly recommend him, he is truly excellent.
