We had an amazing experience with Cesar and Mariano's team from inquiry to project completion. They were professional, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire project. Sprinkler System: 4/14/26 This has been a great experience. New Ground Services was so respectful and cooperative from the first encounter with them. Mariano was the lead contact I saw and I cannot say enough great things about him. Even when I had some last minute requests, I was only given superior customer service. Mariano and his crew at New Ground Services did amazing on my front yard. The put a new irrigation system in, new soil and sod. It looks amazing. The crew was very professional, quick and very clean. Mariano went over everything with me. Very happy with their service.
I had New Ground Services come out to trim my Holly tree and Palm tree. They were so professional and did an excellent job. I appreciated that they had me come out as they were trimming to make sure I was liking the shape and as they were trimming, they were also cleaning around the area to dispose of what was removed leaving the tree area spotless. I highly recommend this crew. They are reliable and provide excellent customer service.
I received the services I requested and am very satisfied. The service team returned two additional times to adjust the sprinkler flow as requested, without any extra charges. They were also courteous and professional throughout. Overall, the service was excellent.
