Had an amazing experience with New Look Auto!! Jimmy was absolutely amazing!! I actually bought my jeep from them and had it shipped to me. Jimmy was super thorough. He sent me videos of the inside, outside, underneath, of it running, him driving it. I’ve never bought a vehicle online without actually seeing it and driving it myself! My husband bought a F150 about a month ago Joe that has given us trouble since the moment we brought it home. We let Alfonso know immediately and he promised to get it fixed asap. UPDATE!!!!!!! This morning Alfonso and Ed called my dad after they were instructed to communicate with me only because there is a language barrier and Alfonso does not translate properly or give us false information. When I asked for the mechanics information again Ed began to yell and hung up on us. We are now completely lost because we do not know where our truck is located, what has been done to it.
