My husband bought a F150 about a month ago Joe that has given us trouble since the moment we brought it home. We let Alfonso know immediately and he promised to get it fixed asap. UPDATE!!!!!!! This morning Alfonso and Ed called my dad after they were instructed to communicate with me only because there is a language barrier and Alfonso does not translate properly or give us false information. When I asked for the mechanics information again Ed began to yell and hung up on us. We are now completely lost because we do not know where our truck is located, what has been done to it. I recently purchased a truck from New Look Auto sales. I had a little over a 5 hour drive and Ed was nice enough to hold the truck for me. Everything Ed said about the truck was spot on. The purchasing process was very quick and easy. The truck had a minor issue when I got home. Ed didn’t hesitate to fix the problem. I highly recommend New Look Auto sells, very honest people.
