I’m really happy my new car and the service that New Look provides. Excellent communication and service. My car was in perfect condition and being that it was a sight unseen purchase I was a little nervous but, after talking with Ed and getting a sense of his professionalism and experience I knew it would be okay. Smoothest car purchase ever!
Out of all the cars and trucks I have purchased over my lifetime, working with Ed has been the most stress free purchase ever. I would recommend this Auto Sales group to everyone. Highly Recommend. Great communication, great perfect car.
This was my first time buying a vehicle sight unseen. I had quite a few questions and Ed took the time to answer all of them. I also had some issues with the delivery service and Ed continued to help even though the sale was completed on his end. By far the best customer service from a car dealership.
BUYER BEWARE! 1000% don’t recommend buying a vehicle here. We drove 2.5 hours to come look at 3 F150s. The 2020 that was our first pick. We immediately noticed it had a weird noise when you accelerated. So, just to be sure we were hearing something, we test drove another one. They had to put a different battery in the 2nd one before we could even drive it because that one wouldn’t even start. The 3rd one, the body was all banged up and the hood was fading. just bought my new truck from new look auto sales in crete about a little over a week ago and i’m highly satisfied with the experience i had! everyone there was so nice and amazingly helpful. got all my questions answered and i left very happy! 10/10 recommend buying your next vehicle here!
