Had an amazing experience with New Look Auto!! Jimmy was absolutely amazing!! I actually bought my jeep from them and had it shipped to me. Jimmy was super thorough. He sent me videos of the inside, outside, underneath, of it running, him driving it. I’ve never bought a vehicle online without actually seeing it and driving it myself! I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership while living two hours away, so I handled everything over the phone. During the process, they ran my credit twice, which was already frustrating. I was told I was clear to come in to sign paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I Live in Colorado and purchased a truck from New look. Jimmy was great and easy to work with got the truck shipped from Illinois to Colorado no problems.
My husband bought a F150 about a month ago Joe that has given us trouble since the moment we brought it home. We let Alfonso know immediately and he promised to get it fixed asap.
