New Outlooks did a wonderful job renovating my fixer-upper. This house was nearly a full gut, needing so much work I couldn't even get a conventional mortgage. Fortunately, Jose was willing to work with a FHA 203k renovation loan. Working with Chris from New Outlooks was such a great experience. He was attentive and able to answer any and all questions my wife and I had.
