Fortunately, Jose was willing to work with a FHA 203k renovation loan. High quality workmanship. Great design ideas. Kept to the timeline they outlined with minimal delay. They were easy to work with for changes. Project cost more than I hoped but they were very transparent about overall costs and gave options. I would use them again and recommend to friends and family.
