I have used New Wave for the last 3 family vacations and have been pleasantly surprised that not only were my experiences great, they exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use them for our furure trips!
OK so here goes, I rented a home in Windmark Beach for the Labor Day weekend through New Wave. The week before the rental while Hurricane Idalia was spinning up in the southern gulf I contacted Brittney Hulsey via email asking what the options were in case of direct storm impacts in our area. She simply replied "Do you have trip insurance?" which I didn't, or so I thought.
