Dr. Selena Huang is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend her. She went above and beyond to help us manage my son’s eye medication. Even though Verkazia is currently unavailable in the United States for his condition, she made sure he had an effective replacement in the meantime, and she continues to monitor the situation in hopes that it becomes available again. Do not go. Nothing annoys me more than waiting. I waited an hour. The doctor did not even see me, I left before she even finished with the second patient, there were 2 people before me. A practitioner saw me after I came in (that is the only part deserves the 2 stars) but the doctors are running late. Please read other reviews before going. I would say don’t go. Moreover, my annual check up should be free. They argued with me and I still end up paying a copay.
Came in for an eye glasses prescription and check up as zocdoc listed it as covered on my insurance, insurance stated I get a free checkup each year. They charged me $75 just to get the prescription and said my insurance doesn't cover it. Told me I have some dry eye thing and had to come back. First visit took over 2hrs from arrival on time. The clinic is professional and I have seen two doctors for dry eye syndrome and both were very helpful and have almost fully resolved my issues. Very attentive to patient and took enough time to treat and explain how to prevent future issues. Very well done Dr Huang
They have been my eye doctors for the past year and a half. They are efficient. They make it simple to get prescriptions.
