Came in for an eye glasses prescription and check up as zocdoc listed it as covered on my insurance, insurance stated I get a free checkup each year. They charged me $75 just to get the prescription and said my insurance doesn't cover it. Told me I have some dry eye thing and had to come back. First visit took over 2hrs from arrival on time. The clinic is professional and I have seen two doctors for dry eye syndrome and both were very helpful and have almost fully resolved my issues. Very attentive to patient and took enough time to treat and explain how to prevent future issues. Very well done Dr Huang

I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment my mother received at your facility. She was told during her evaluation that her insurance would cover her eye surgery. However, when she returned for the procedure, your staff abruptly demanded $1,000 per eye, pressured her to make an immediate decision, and even threatened that prices would increase if she didn’t decide within a month.
