I am absolutely so thankful I found such a great optometrist in Dr. Haung. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and listens to every thing. Her detail is absolutely amazing. I just wish all doctors were like her. I never felt brushed off or rushed. I have some serious eye issues going on and she wants me to see a specialist in that department and unfortunately, I'm getting brushed off by the other department. Not her fault at all. I absolutely LOVE HER!
The receptionist were very kind and attentive. Dr.Pinkhasov was nice, and helped me navigate as a first time eye contact user and prescriptions even when she was a bit tired from immediately back to back appointments. She answered my questions with and gave great advice for when I have to order my frames. They also have a nice selection of Teas, and coffee while waiting.
Great office! Attentive and kind receptionists, medical assistant, and doctor. Minimal wait time, and well-equipped, inviting office. Dr. Pinkhasov was thorough and took time to explain my condition and answer any questions.
Everyone is generally nice but they will have you coming into the office every other week. I went in to check a mole. Was told it needed to be cut out and they will schedule that procedure for another day. Go again for that procedure, she almost rescheduled again because a surgical room wasn’t booked. But I complained and she did it. Gives me an online portal. Doesn’t post results of lab to portal and doesn’t teledoc option or tell me over the phone. My experience at NY Laser Vision was timely and thorough—the desk staff, practitioners and doctor took their time explaining everything and addressing all concerns I had. Very pleasant experience overall!
