I just loved it. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is very cooperative and nice. The medical assistant did an amazing job. Dr. Z was so patient with my silly questions and checked so well. Last but not least i am coming here next as well. They are super professional. The place is so aesthetic and cute ☺️
This is not the first time I have come to this medical office. Every time I go there I enjoy it!!! Service at the highest level! You are treated like a valued customer. Yesterday my 95- years old mom had her first appointment with Dr. SAPOZHNIKOV. I can’t even describe the level of attention she received. First she was greeted by very friendly receptionist. The registration took all but 2 minutes. Then medical assistant Irina took her for testing. She was beyond great! First of all the office is immaculate and loaded with the most updated equipment and technology The staff are polite and professional and most of all Dr Milana Sapozhnikov is amazing!! Thorough, patience, and a pleasure to have examined me.
This is my third visit to New York Laser Vision. My appointment was scheduled for 10:40AM. I arrived early because I didn’t want to be late due to traffic. Since I arrived an hour before my appointment time, I had plenty of time to enjoy the waiting room. The receptionist was quite pleasant when she checked me in.
