I have had Botox in my 11s before but Alicia knew exactly how much and where to inject. She is knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Overall the office is clean and friendly and I rate my overall experience a 10/10

The happiness I feel when I visit the New You Massapequa location is real. Jennifer and her staff are incredible. Always making me feel, and LOOK, like a brand new person. I highly recommend!!!

The offices are beautiful. I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows and lips tattooed by their medical tattoo artist. From the onset, I expressed that I did not want a natural look. I showed pictures of what I wanted. Despite being reassured that she understood, I had to be inconvenienced with multiple visits back to their other office on the south shore.
