Words could never express the amount of gratitude I have for Dr. Melissa Moore. Not only is she an AMAZING veterinarian, but she is an angel on Earth. The amount of compassion she genuinely shows not only for our fur babies but also for us as people going through something hard is immeasurable. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough. Myself, my husband and Harley (our fur baby) will forever be thankful for everything she has done.
We were new to the area and suddenly needed care for one of our three Labradors. Our oldest needed surgery to remove growths that had begun to bleed. We were told by a previous vet the growths were nothing to be concerned about. Dr. Moore and her staff were thorough, kind, and patient with us and Gabe throughout the entire process helping us understand our options, his prognosis, and walking with us through everything. I love the Vet Techs here as well as Dr. Moore. They love my pups as much as I do. Due to their age and failing health they now know us on a first name basis. Everyone is super helpful and kind. Dr. Moore is great with her communicating results of testing and future plans. She makes you feel like you're partners in your pet's health treatment instead of a Dr just dictating what is going to happen. Thanks ladies and Dr. Moore. update 2024: Dr. Moore is no longer at this practice and I'm unsure of where she went :(
Dr Dickerson is very caring and really spends time with you. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. So glad I found a Vet I can trust with my dog.
Dr. Moore and her staff are the absolute best! Our pug has cancer and it's stressful but they help in alleviating the stress. Dr. Moore is so kind and sincere. She and her staff helped us come up with a plan and we are currently underway. With our faith and their great care, our sweet pug is gonna have a long life. Thank you New Day!
