I have never in my life felt so helped and understood when it comes to my fur baby, Mia. We had our yearly exam appointment scheduled for our little cat Ethel last week with Dr. Perez. The receptionist Melanie greeted us and was welcoming and thorough. The technician Jayden interviewed us and we reviewed the services we were requesting for Ethel as a drop off patient for sedation due to anxiety. We explained our needs for Ethel and Jayden showed interest and clearly understood our requests. She was kind to Ethel and it did help with her anxiety. Had an excellent experience! I came in today for routine vaccinations for our pup Teddy. Rois, our technician, was exceptional. She was very caring, thorough, helpful and detailed! Another gentlemen came in to help with the blood work and to take a look at Teddy and explain things, he was also great. We will be coming back for sure, thanks for taking such great care of our Teddy!
I was amazed at how attentive and caring everyone was! From explaining everything to us to making it a fun experience for my brand new puppy. Highly recommended!
