I can’t recommend this vet office enough! From start to finish, the team showed genuine care and concern for my pup. Jayden, the nurse, was incredible—compassionate, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. Dr. Peirats was absolutely amazing. My pup is very picky and usually wary of new people, but he immediately won him over with kindness, patience, and so much genuine care. I took my bulldog in for her yearly check up and to address some concerns we had. Every single person we encountered from the receptionist to the tech to the Dr was absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly! The prices were amazing and at no time did I feel pressured to buy additional things! I am so happy we found this clinic and will be bringing all of our animals here. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Perez and Jaydn were awesome! Lainey is my first actual puppy. Every other dog I’ve been with has been owned by a relative or significant other! I’m newer to the area, and New Day made my first visit so easy. My dog was having some bowel issues and Dr. Perez got her medication I can give her at home, while going over important vaccines she needs/is due for. Neo has been a patient with New Day since they opened. The entire staff is extremely professional, caring ans supportive. Rois has been his nurse since day one and even though he is not a fan of going to the vet she has always made him feel a bit less anxious. Thank you for all you do for Neo!
Dr. Peirats and the Newday staff were simply OUTSTANDING!! They were able to see my sick Goldendoodle the same day, and throughout the visit, they were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely transparent. A special shout out to Amanda for staying with my dog throughout the day and keeping this worried mom informed every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and support we received!
