I had my dog stay for a week while on a cruise. He came back with an skin infection (hairloss around the anus poop stuck to the hair and he had a uti. No one could bother to call me back so I'm leaving a review based on my experience. 420$ for boarding plus now 600$ vet bills from the boarding. Not worth it. Have someone come to your house it's cleaner and wayyyyyyy cheaper!

Avoid this place at all cost. I had a monthly care membership which I felt I no longer needed so requested that I return to regular vet services as needed. Today when my pets are due their annual vaccinations I find out they closed out my records completely and refuse to see my pets because I canceled their care plan. Just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.
