Dr. A is one of the best doctors I've ever met! She pays attention to detail and truly cares for each and every animal she sees. She truly listens to you and your concerns. I would recommend her to anyone.
I am beyond frustrated with this pet clinic. We reached out because one of my cats had a severely infected stomach, and on top of that, she's been meowing constantly at night. We were desperate for real help, but they brushed it off as a behavioral issue, which it absolutely was not. When we asked for other options, the staff got an attitude, as if we were just a bother. I had my dog stay for a week while on a cruise. He came back with an skin infection (hairloss around the anus poop stuck to the hair and he had a uti. No one could bother to call me back so I'm leaving a review based on my experience. 420$ for boarding plus now 600$ vet bills from the boarding. Not worth it. Have someone come to your house it's cleaner and wayyyyyyy cheaper!

Avoid this place at all cost. I had a monthly care membership which I felt I no longer needed so requested that I return to regular vet services as needed. Today when my pets are due their annual vaccinations I find out they closed out my records completely and refuse to see my pets because I canceled their care plan. Just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.
