Having a reactive dog is challenging. Having a reactive dog with cracked teeth is worse. Dr. Steve and his team took such good care of my Boy and got him fixed up with no drama. Meant the world to us. Thanks so much.

Seven Capron is an intentionally negligent & does not care about the comfort of your pet. My dog goes to daycare here & we love it so I figured when we needed to get in to be seen for a possible UTI and our other vet was fully booked, we figured why not! They told me they wanted to do a urine sample which I approved of. To my knowledge they were going to do a urine catch since they asked me to keep her from peeing a couple hours before her appointment. AWFUL! Very expensive and staff was obnoxious with my dog. I don't think any of the staff people own an animal!

I've never given a one star review but I was unable to resolve my issues with pet paradise after being patient and professional. I had purchased a monthly policy for my dog. I called in September to cancel and spoke with someone who said they would pass the notice to the vet hospital. I received a call back and was left a voice message confirming I wanted to cancel the subscription. I called back with an hour and had to leave a voice message clearly stating "yes" I wanted to cancel. Now I've been billed for October and... read more

Formally called Pet Paradise... they never answer the phone and if you leave a message they don't call you back. Their excuse is always the same"we are busy and short staffed " and that's not an excuse after months of this neglect. The vet working is actually pretty good and takes his time with his patients, but when my pet is sick and needs to come in I expect someone to answer or at least call back within a couple hours.
