I am very selective on where I take my furbabes for anything. I am the furmom that literally thinks of her dogs as her children. Now, let me share a story of why I love this place. First, they have a vet on staff that is there. Quick story...My whippet mix was running and she threw up. They took her back, checked her vitals, called me and told me what happened immediately. For the last several months I have been taking my dogs here for play days a couple times a week. This place is awesome, my dogs have never been happier when at day camp. They love playing in the pool and on the splash pads as well as the play yard equipment. They have a special area for the little dogs, which looks awesome (my dogs are to big for tiny town). Our 7 month old sheepadoodle puppy went for his free trial day at the new Pet Paradise in Lakewood Ranch. He loved his day there, and was exhausted when I picked him up. We were able to see him on the videocam, and the staff played fetch with him, and he really enjoyed the splash pools.

They were unable to work with a 15 lb, 18 month old puppy that was afraid. They didn't want to take time or any effort to help her become comfortable so she could board.

Not shocking to have never heard back from the "regional manager" who was supposed to reach out Tuesday! This business clearly isn't interested! 4 days later still no reply or call back!

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE GROOMING SERVICE, NOT THE VETERINARY SERVICE. Total rip-off. No wonder they don't post their grooming prices on their website. I was charged $65.00 for grooming of my small dog, which I am not complaining about, BUT THE GROOMER ADDED ANOTHER $15.00 BECAUSE MY DOG HAD TWO SMALL TANGLES, WHICH SHE CALLED MATS, that had to be cut off. Total price $80.00!!! Removing any mats or knots at $7.50 each is outrageous. And, since when is that not included in the grooming fee? This was my first visit, and... read more

Took our 2 dogs to Pet Paradise twice. Did not have the best experience two times in a row. Place is great looking, people are nice but the results from their visits were less than desirable.
