Such a great experience. Dr. Trench is so nice and very good at explaining things. I’d absolutely use them from now on as our regular vet. They explain costs up front and give you the option to decide on how to proceed. No hidden agenda. No unexpected costs. Etc. very impressed and happy. The ONLY negative I could say, is I like to be present for my fur babies exam, and they do that behind closed doors.
I am really glad I switched to NewDay I really feel like my Ebie is getting the best care . Dr Trench and staff are so thorough and look at all details when caring for my baby. Ebie had an ear infection for months and Banfield really never addressed the issue. New day advised a successful plan to clear it up. They scheduled follow ups to recheck until fully gone and the price was not bad at all. Hands down the best care🐶
Dr. Trench, Taylor, Rajvee, and Gracie are the greatest! They’ve been very patient and gentle with our extra skiddish fur baby, and she has not made it easy. I highly recommend bringing your pet to this Snellville location.
This has been my first choice since December. First day the dogg walk in the house. The staff has been amazing and very understanding. They have help me and the dogg to understand things I couldn’t figure out on my own. I thank god for the team that’s works here , because without them Dot would be in bad shape.
The area is super clean, the employees are AMAZING and both of my dogs grooming came out wonderful. You can buy ice cream, thers doggie day camp and so much more! The price is light on the pockets I might add. But heads up, it's an additional cost for matting.
