Our experience here was a 10/10! We were always kept in the loop about our care. The staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to make sure you understand what is going on and what to expect next! I will forever be thankful for NewLife and the care we received. I couldn't have asked for a better infertility clinic so close to home!
I am a 67-year-old mother who has accompanied my 34-year-old daughter to see Jess twice thus far. We have been to her Tallahassee clinic and Dothan clinic I can say, without a doubt, that I've been VERY IMPRESSED with her professionalism and bedside manner. I have been waiting awhile to write this review. Although the office staff is very friendly, if you want better service and more attention to detail you should go elsewhere. We chose Newlife due to ease of getting testing done in town instead of going up North. I have been to three different OBGYNs and none of them had ever heard of Newlife and recommended clinics up north, that should have been a clue. After 8 years of infertility, multiple surgeries, PCOS, endo, and a miscarriage we made an appointment with New Life in Dothan. Everyone at the office was so welcoming and great to work with! Our entire experience here was amazing, from our regular office in Dothan, to the Pensacola office for our procedures and embryo transfers. We were always kept up to date on our results and communication was always timely. We ended up with them for around 2 years and our miracle baby via IVF just turned 6 months old.
