The is the absolute best Fertility clinic! From the time you meet the staff you feel like you are family! My husband and I have been seeing them for about 2 years, and we are currently expecting our twins to make their appearance in January.
The staff at NewLife are absolute Saints! They were with us every step of the way through our multi year journey to having a baby. They were all so kind and so gracious and were so very supportive during the whole process. We felt welcomed and supported during every office visit. Everyone from the local office to the main office in Pensacola were knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. We’re so grateful we found them and so grateful for them for helping us having a baby!
Called to make an appointment. Was told 5-7 days for a call to set an appointment. I called on day 8, they couldn’t find my intake form (even though I received the email confirming it had been sent). I was assured I would receive a call from Ivan. It’s been 4 days. This is my first impression of this office and not a great one.
New Life was hands down the best fertility clinic , i will & do recommend them to any and everyone i can. They helped my wife and i start our family with such grace . They are so detailed in everything they do and make sure it’s all on a personal level. our babies are 3 months old and they still check in on us. i can’t say enough good things about them!
