I have a 5 month old beautiful girl now thanks to NewLIFE. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we felt welcome, felt like our concerns were heard, and felt like we were treated wonderfully. My husband and I will are thankful for Dr. Ripps and the Tallahassee office! Back in 2015 (wow ten years) we started our journey in IVF. Today, because of them we have 4 incredible children. We tried 8.5 years before finally making that call. They made sure to be there every step of the way. We will soon be celebrating our son's first birthday and wouldn't be doing so without the care and support of Dr. Ripps, Deanna and the entire NewLIFE team. While it was by no means an easy process, having a knowledgeable team of specialists made it more bearable and gave us hope we would eventually have the family we so badly wanted.
We are pregnant with our second New Life baby boy coming this March! After struggling with PCOS & infertility, Dr Ripps and Deanna at the Tallahassee office were absolutely wonderful to work with, and explained everything so well. After experiencing the bigger fertility offices, it was like coming “home” to New Life to try for our second child. So grateful for them and highly recommend to anyone with fertility issues.
When my husband and I first started this journey we were terrified. Thought we would never have a family. New Life provided hope, a detailed process, confidence that their team had this and would give us the best chance possible. Deanna is absolutely amazing and helped us at every step.
