This lab has been fantastic for me once we got our line of communication down. They are precise and do a great job as long as what they receive from me is good. Their precision required me to improve the quality of scans that I send out, making me a better doc. I find removable difficult to justify due to shipping times, but digital fixed cases have become a slam dunk here. Typically, zero adjustments needed. Do not use this lab. Quality of the work is very bad. Everything that comes back needs so much adjusting and never fits the way it should. Switched to another lab and have not had this issue once. Best decision I’ve made. I recommend for everyone to save their money and stay away from this lab. Their prices are very cheap but that’s about all they got going for them. I can not stress it enough DO NOT use this lab. lost patients because of this lab because they never bring my cases on time. I would have to wait more than a month for each case. They lie about the shipping date and have lost my cases before. Will be switching labs, it is sad I’ve been using next dental for years but that has come to an end .

Worst lab I have ever used in my entire 25 years. We tried to make it work but the back and forth with the staff and know it all mentality is absurd. This decision was not made lightly. Unfortunately, it stems from repeated issues we've encountered, including oversight of doctor notes clearly outlined in lab scripts and a consistent lack of accountability when mistakes have been brought to your team’s attention. When you first try them, they are great but after a few cases, crowns do not fit and the lab techs say they will. You will get charged multiple times for shipping too so unless you are okay with messed up cases and patients having to wait 2 months for something, I would reconsider using this lab.
