Rates were clearly shown, and billed as expected. We're new to TX, and to having to shop for utilities! Happy to have found a good provider!
A sham of a service. Got me with letters that made it seem like I had to choose a new electric supplier and got me in a contract. Was paying nearly 12 cents per kilowatt and met Ed only charges a little over 9. Said they contacted me about my contract ending but I didn’t get anything and they jacked my rate up to 20 cents per kwh. Highly discourage anyone from using them.
Total creeps that take advantage of their customers. Doubled our rate overnight and would not work with us. They make it almost impossible to cancel. They enjoy screwing people. Sad.
Charging double the rate. I got stuck with them automatically through PPL, and had to switch after bill was $500 a month a few times. Should be sued for price gouging...
Big scammers ..do not use them ..they will double ur electric bill .. stay away
