Ugh, total scammers. Sales people hounded us repeatedly pitching a lower rate and savings, and then quietly doubled the rate. As a small business owner I'm fairly overwhelmed, and very often forget to check in on out-of-sight-out-of-mind items on autopay. Hitting myself for how long I've been paying the jacked up rate without noticing.
