POOR maintenance. Lots of smoking of cigarrette and marijuana. I HATE the tenant, hypocrite, insensitive and thinks she is the big deal and "superior" for having that STUPID job. THIS IS THE SCUM OF NIAGARA FALLS. Don't come to that place, especially if you had an emergency moving from another place, which is the only reason I was in that piece of 💩 🗑...ooh and before I forget.
